Daily Pride Publications was founded for the purpose of educating gays, lesbians, straights, transgendered, EVERYONE. To accomplish this task along with the annual gay/lesbian history calendar we will publish gay/lesbian-themed literature and poetry to include an annual book of coming out stories. To ensure that there will be a new generation of gay and lesbian authors Daily Pride Publications will annually award a college scholarship to one gay man and one lesbian woman. The amount of each scholarship is simple math….the more calendars that are sold, the higher the dollar amount of the scholarships. A separate scholarship account has been set up at Capital One Bank, Daily Pride Publication's corporate bank. We are also promoting art by using local gay artists and photographers for the monthly artwork presented in the calendar. In future annual calendars we hope to receive artwork and photographs from across the nation from gay and lesbian artists for consideration for that year’s calendar. In this manner Daily Pride Publications will allow exposure for these artists at no expense to the artist. The privilege to use the artwork for the calendar is all the compensation Daily Pride Publications requires. If interest in any piece of art is generated and expressed to Daily Pride Publications, the artist will be supplied the name and contact information of the interested party.

Art and literature brought the world out of the Dark Ages when they spawned the Renaissance. By supporting Daily Pride Publications you will be supporting the future gay and lesbian authors, poets, and artists in our communities across the land. With the help of all of our Sisters and Brothers perhaps we can generate our own renaissance because knowledge is a powerful tool as it can overcome prejudice, hate, and ignorance.
